Welcome to AXRc Learn! These Instructor Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (“Instructor” or “you”) and AXRc Learn (“AXRc Learn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your role as an instructor on the AXRc Learn platform. Please read these terms carefully and ensure you understand them. By signing up as an instructor on AXRc Learn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Instructor Terms and Conditions.
Agreement:
By becoming an instructor on AXRc Learn, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Relationship with Students:
As an instructor, you acknowledge and agree that there shall be no form of contractual agreement between you and the students/learners. The data you shall have access to are those required of them (students) by the AXRc Learn platform. Your use of students’ data is guided by relevant privacy and data protection laws and We “AXRc Learn” reserves the right to seek legal redress for violation of the privacy and data protection laws. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and the interactions you have with your students.
Obligations:
- Submission of Content:
You are responsible for creating and uploading educational content to the AXRc Learn platform. The content you provide should be accurate, reliable, and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. You must ensure that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Pricing, Revenue Share & Payouts:
You have the flexibility to set the pricing for your courses on AXRc Learn. However, you agree to comply with AXRc Learn’s pricing guidelines and policies. AXRc Learn may retain a portion of the revenue generated from selling your courses as a platform fee, which will be communicated to you. Payouts for your course sales will be processed according to AXRc Learn’s payment schedule and method.
- License to AXRc Learn:
By uploading or submitting your content to AXRc Learn, you grant AXRc Learn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, and publicly perform your content solely to operate and promote the AXRc Learn platform.
- Intellectual Property:
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and upload to AXRc Learn. AXRc Learn does not claim ownership over your intellectual property. However, you grant AXRc Learn the right to display your name, image, and biographical information in connection with the promotion and marketing of your courses on the AXRc Learn platform.
- DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims:
AXRc Learn respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on the AXRc Learn platform, please follow the DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims outlined in AXRc Learn’s Copyright Policy.
- Instructor Feedback, Ratings, and Service:
AXRc Learn encourages students to provide feedback and ratings for instructors and their courses. You acknowledge and agree that AXRc Learn may display this feedback and rating information publicly on the platform. AXRc Learn may also use this feedback to improve its services and provide insights to instructors.
Acknowledgment:
By signing up as an instructor on AXRc Learn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Instructor Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge that AXRc Learn may modify these terms from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review and comply with any updated terms. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your instructor account on AXRc Learn.
